Returns

If you are unhappy with your Poth-O-Carry® and would like to return it, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund, minus any shipping charges. Buyer responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Sometimes we thought we clicked on Rimless and a Rimmed was accidentally ordered. Sometimes something breaks in transit, or when getting put together. We get that. Reach out to me and we'll work on making these wrongs right.
